    Change is a constant in business and represents both a potential risk and opportunity.

    When an operation is exposed to external and/or structural changes, the speed with which it can analyse the situation and act is decisive for its survival and continued growth.

    Our services are related to precisely this kind of change and development work. We act as advisers, facilitators, catalysts and prompters, at overall organisational level and at departmental, group and individual levels.

    Expertise

    In successful organisations, management and staff share the same understanding of the fundamental aim of the operation.

    A common understanding of the work and results creates a solid platform from which to develop the operation further. 

    The key areas in this are management and control, change and development, and organisation and working methods, in combination with values and corporate culture. 

    We have considerable experience of working in these areas, and can contribute effective working methods and tools to consolidate the development of the operation.

    Experiences

    Sooner or later, all operations have to face changed circumstances.

    Situational analysis and the adoption of appropriate improvements are the most important factors in dealing with change and ensuring that the organization survives and thrives.

    During an assignment, we focus on changes and improvements to all or part of an operation. All operations own their processes – our role is to help ensure that a balance is achieved during the time lapse between planning and implementation.

    Our assignments are often long-term. We act as advisors and provide support for CEOs, corporate management and management teams as they work to realise goals and strategies through action.

    Impact Företagsledning AB is an independent Swedish consulting firm. We are senior consultants working as advisers to management teams in both the private and public sectors.

    Impact was established in 1985. We have solid experience of change and development, management and control, organisation and working methods as well as corporate culture and values.
